I grew up in the beautiful Barossa Valley in South Australia and, after completing my BSc in Statistics, moved to San Francisco to pursue a PhD in Statistics at UC Berkeley.
I joined Genentech in 1994 and over the course of a 30+ year career gained deep experience in leadership and Oncology drug development, including spending 20 years in Oncology Statistics and serving for 10 years as a VP leading large global groups.
In 2025 I started CoCreative Insights, which combines two of my strong passions: Coaching life science leaders to reach their ultimate potential, & Developing better medicines for people living with cancer.
